I have been going to BVC South for over a decade and I cannot say enough good things about this location. Blake (I think that was their name, I apologize if not) was my technician and they were amazing; both friendly and professional. As ever, Dr. Dimmick is wonderful; he always takes his time with me and I never feel rushed. Any questions I have he answers thoughtfully and respectfully. I highly recommend Dr. Dimmick to anyone looking for an optometrist. Last but not least, Chris in the optical department was fabulous. Even though I did not purchase new frames during my recent visit, Chris engaged me in conversation and was pleasant, polite, and professional. Definitely a 5 star experience for me!

I came in to get a prescription for glasses and contacts. Everything was very thorough and everyone I interacted with was helpful and friendly. Special shoutout to Ciara, you are a gem, thank you! Dr. Zippi was very knowledgeable and professional, and I appreciated the time taken to make sure my prescription was correct and that my eyes were healthy. I can see perfectly now! :)

This entire review is dedicated to Mike McKenzie! Mike went above and beyond to fix my glasses. Other vision professionals at multiple locations, said they couldn’t help and sent me on my way. Only took him seconds but he had the right tools to be able to remove a broken screw. This is one very happy customer. Mike’s knowledge and dedication to customer service is exemplary! Thank you Mike.

Very thorough eye exam and several tests. Dr. Naberhaus is meticulous in his exam and very good bed side manner & answers all questions. Every one of his staff that I had contact with were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.

My 3 year old had an eye injury and the other eye care place was a horrible experience for my son and I. From the moment I called to make an appointment I KNEW this was where we needed to be. * Miss. Gillian an the front desk spoke highly of Dr. Dimmick claiming he was a kid at heart and he was one of the best she's ever seen when helping young children with eye issues of all kinds. She was super sweet and helped with my questions about payment and helped my son and I not be so nervous from my son's previous horrible eye doctor experience. She even checked up on my guests that came with me and when we were done with my son's appointment she checked on us again. 5 star treatment from Miss Gillian! * kira, Dr. Dimmicks assistant was AMAZING! My son even held her hand and walked into the room which is rare for him because she is a stranger. She was kind and my son LOVED her and her nails lol * Dr. Dimmick was wonderful with my 3 year old! He lets our kids BE kids. It's hard for children to "act right" inside a doctor office but Dr. Dimmick knows how to talk to children and get them to sit still or look here or put your chin there. He did amazing and knows how to treat and handle little children and get his job done while also allowing our children to be children inside of a "scary" new doctor office. He let my son explore and he explained what every doctor instrument (toy) did and what he was using it for. 10/10 I HIGHLY recommend this doctor office for parents with small children

Been going there for roughly 25 years, n they are so kind n helpful. Misty helped me pick out my frames, n took my insurance payment off n I hardly had a balance to pay. They are 5 stars to me.
